TRIM NO-COOK SALTED CARAMEL SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of natural creamy peanut butter 
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup or other liquid sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil 
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 1 tablespoon Modere Trim™ Salted Caramel 
  • Pinch salt 

Directions

Melt coconut oil and pure maple syrup in a microwave-safe bowl for 15-20 seconds, until the coconut oil is nearly melted. Remove from microwave and whisk until smooth. Add peanut butter, vanilla, salt and Modere Trim Salted Caramel. Whisk until combined. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Modere Logiq™ with TetraBlend™ Coffee
  • 4 ounces hot water
  • 1 cup steamed milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon Modere Trim™ Salted Caramel
  • 1 scoop Modere Logiq™ Creamer

Directions

Add Logiq + Creamer to a large mug. Add hot water, steamed milk and Trim Salted Caramel. Stir until dissolved with a spoon or milk frother. Add natural sweetener to taste, if desired.

TRIM SALTED CARAMEL BANANA OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients

  • 1-2 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened, full-fat coconut milk (refrigerated)
  • 2-3 tablespoons pure maple syrup or liquid sweetener
  • 1 cup milk of choice 
  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons of rolled oats 
  • 2 tablespoons Modere Trim™ Salted Caramel 
  • Pinch salt 
  • Cinnamon to garnish, optional 

Directions

Mash up 2 bananas until smooth and free of lumps. Add in coconut milk, maple syrup, Modere Trim Salted Caramel, and salt. Mix until blended and creamy. Add milk and stir until smooth. Mix in oats. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 

In the morning, transfer the overnight oats to serving glasses, top with sliced bananas, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy! 

PRO TIP: Make a quick whipped coconut cream topping by adding the remaining coconut milk from can to a small mixing bowl. Using a handheld mixer, whip on medium-high speed until medium peaks form for a soft, fluffy texture. Add a little maple syrup to sweeten to taste.

TRIM SALTED CARAMEL NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE CUPS

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese 
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt 
  • ½ teaspoon pure maple syrup or liquid sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons Modere Trim™ Salted Caramel 

Directions

Combine cream cheese, maple syrup, and Modere Trim Salted Caramel with a handheld mixer until blended. Add Greek yogurt and beat until smooth and creamy. Evenly distribute the mixture between two ramekins or dessert bowls. Refrigerate for one hour until mixture firms up slightly. Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
