Social Retail Conference 2025 Signals a Bright Future for Modere

The theme for the 2025 Social Retail Conference was Elevate, and it was an inspired choice as Social Marketers came away from the event with an elevated outlook on all aspects of the company. With an addition to the executive team, innovative new products, cutting edge digital tools and new markets to conquer, this year’s SRC was both a celebration of what Modere Social Marketers have accomplished and an exciting vision of what Modere will be.

Elevate Through Vision

The Modere Executive Team laid out their vision for strengthening and growing the brand. President and Chairman of the Board Nate Frazier laid out the overall vision for Modere as the company continues to grow stronger every day. Senior Vice President of Global Marketing Jeff Hildebrandt presented the pillars that drive marketing and the importance of improving brand awareness and consistency. Newly appointed Chief Revenue Office made her debut at SRC and shared her philosophy on creating a foundation to allow Social Marketers to grow and thrive globally. General Manager of North America Shane Greer announced the expanded footprint of Modere with the upcoming addition of two important markets: Mexico and the United Arab Emirates. 

Elevate Through Inspiration

There was no shortage of inspiration at SRC 2025. Whether it was stories, testimonials, panels or detailed presentations, Modere Social Marketers delivered again and again. Attendees experienced numerous emotions and were given guidance and inspiration to elevate every part of their business.

Keynote speaker Suzan Nguyen shared her inspirational story of overcoming her bitterness and despair after surviving a near fatal auto accident that resulted in the loss of her arm. Suzan learned she had to find the joy within, which led her to be better instead of being bitter. She realized her purpose was to help others find the joy within and turn adversities into advantages. 

Elevate Through Innovation

Modere continues to be a leader innovation with the launch of three new products at SRC. Senior Director of Marketing, Brand & Product Wendy Freedman revealed the additions to the United States product lineup, starting with the new Axis Omega 3 product which allows users to get the great benefits of Omega-3 in a gellie without the fishy aftertaste. Elevate Through Living Well

Modere Advisor Greg Horn walked the audience through trends in the product industry, including the important Second Era of Scientific Validation, the emphasis on scientifically validated ingredients and the presence of better bioactives.

Greg then announced the forthcoming Modere Living Well Series, a series of short conversations where he will educate, inform and stimulate discussions about the art and science of living well. During the series he will cover the Six Pillars of Living Well: Thinking Well, Eating Well, Moving Well, Sleeping Well, Hosting Well and Staying Well.

Elevate Through Technology

The digital revolution is well underway, and companies will either adapt or suffer. Those who learn to embrace and use the power of AI will prosper, and that’s why Modere has searched far and wide to bring the best tools available to Social Marketers. Our friends at the Life App will be releasing new AI features to improve onboarding and engagement, and a new keyboard that will simplify the functionality of the app and bring critical actions to the forefront with fewer clicks. Modere’s IT team has been working hard to bring your business and organization information to you so that you can view and manage your business on the go. General Manager of North America Shane Greer announced that a new Modere Back Office app is on the horizon and will be coming soon. The app will be a portable business management tool that lets you utilize the power of the Back Office in an easy-to-use application.

Justin Belobaba, founder of Nowsite, walked the crowd through the new Modere.AI app. This app uses cutting-edge AI technology to improve and simplify the creation of social media posts and improve engagement. Elevate Through Recognition

Friday night’s Award Show was preceded by a red-carpet experience that would make Hollywood’s elite jealous. With Social Marketers dressed in their formal wear, the paparazzi snapped photos as Modere’s featured guests made their way into the show.

What followed was a high-energy celebration of Social Marketers who earned new high rank titles and were properly recognized by their peers. The Award Show atmosphere was almost combustible with dueling pianos, a large dance floor and thumping house music driving the energy higher throughout the night.

Elevate Through Compassion

Modere proudly announced a new charitable giving relationship with Global Communities, focusing on their Women Empowered initiative. With the help of Margi Aliprandi and over 30 Modere Social Marketers who have been involved with Women Empowered in the past, the SRC audience was introduced to Global Communities and they ways they are helping people all over the world. By empowering women, communities are empowered, and a better quality of life is achievable.

Events are where leaders are born, and Modere announced multiple exciting events for Social Marketers to gather, learn, grow, and be rewarded for their efforts. General Manager of North America Shane Brady and Senior Sales Manager of Canada Ginger Watton announced this year’s Fall Social Marketing Summit locations; one in the United States and one in Canada.
