Susan has worked to overcome many of life’s obstacles to get where she’s at today — hers is a true story of triumph!
“You may have seen the picture I posted on Facebook a few weeks ago. It’s me at probably the biggest I had been in a long time. I was ashamed of that picture and was scared to show it to anyone. Now here I am, six months later and M3 has given me amazing results. I have lost 45 pounds, 34 inches, and dropped four sizes.”
My story with M3 started with my friend, Joni Robbins. One day, Joni told me about Modere. Unfortunately, I had just had a house fire and lost everything.
She offered me a place in her home and wanted to help me get started with Modere. I told her it just wasn’t the right time.
But she didn’t give up.
A few months after the fire, she told me all these awesome stories of people losing weight* by following the new M3 System of eating less, sticking to a plan and leading more active lifestyles. She knew I struggled with energy and that I couldn’t afford my own kit, so she helped me out.
I started April 15th of 2016 and she told me to turn my M3 testimony into a way of helping others if I wanted to pay her back.
So, that’s what I did. In two weeks, I was already seeing results. I had more energy and I could see the inches beginning to fade with no exercise. I lost 12.5 pounds and 11.5 inches my first month.† After 3 months, I had lost a total of 29 pounds and 27 inches at that point, I felt better overall.
I was following my 3 pledges: I was avoiding fried foods and sugary drinks and drinking my water. In three years, I had gained almost 50 pounds stress eating. In five months, I lost it all!† I have started my third 90 days and have added a 4th pledge, walking to my daily routine.
