“I was the heaviest I had ever been in my life. I attributed this to poor health choices I had been making since I had lost my brother four years earlier. It started then and it spiraled out of control over the years. I tried a few different weight loss programs here and there, but could never stay with anything. In addition to taking the products, Renae made three of the five lifestyle choices: she reduced calories by avoiding 1) fried foods and 2) sugary drinks, and she walked an additional 7500 steps each day. Sometimes, she would do all five or mix them up, but she was consistent and that’s what matters. In the end, Ranae saw results. For anyone struggling with M3, Renae has some advice.
“Be honest with yourself. The thing that helped keep me plugged in and on track was getting on the M3 Pledge page and being an active member within the community. I asked for advice and followed other journeys on there. It made me more accountable since I was doing videos, posting, and getting feedback. It really put my mindset into a positive place.
I still have work to do—there’s always work to do. Losing this weight has helped my knees and joints feel better, which means I was able to get back into running. I want to drop another 10 to 15 pounds and run a 5K without stopping. From there, who knows, maybe I will run a marathon!”
