So, I reached out to a friend who had already seen fantastic results despite certain health issues. It seemed like I had tried every weight-loss system under the sun. I had two girls and was struggling to find the energy I needed to keep up with them. I always found myself behind the camera during pictures or hiding behind others and I just wasn’t happy with where I was at in life. I was even ashamed to be seen at water parks!

What lifestyle changes did Ashleigh make to achieve such success?
“I realized I needed to increase my water intake. I wasn’t drinking enough water when I started M3. I also chose to get at least 7500 steps in a day (my actual goal was 10,000 steps). My final change was to avoid sugary drinks and the great thing about this last change is I no longer have cravings for soda —at all!
I also limited fried foods. I knew I would have more difficulty with that change, so it wasn’t a full commitment. Though, it did help quite a bit!
M3 has been a life changer and adding in Trim has really amped up everything! I’m loving the change I feel from adding collagen to my diet. My daily life has changed more than I expected it would: I get more done, I can spend more time with my kids, and most importantly, is I feel confident. It’s a feeling I wouldn’t change for anything.
I often think, ‘Is this really my life?’ It’s a life so many dream of and I feel it’s my duty to help others have this life too because it would be selfish of me to keep it to myself.”
